Abstract
DevOps is a very vague job description - in each company you could do totally different things.
This creates an opportunity to work in various environments with different types of people, often in stressful atmosphere.
Developer, QA engineer, project manager or even another DevOps - each can be a solid foundation for the team, or a hindrance.
Jira coordinator? Cowboy programmer? I’ll name some well-known antipatterns and ways to handle them. Once you know, it’s easier to react properly… and avoid creating them yourself.
