Abstract

“You’re never too old to learn” - the saying offers opportunities but can also become a burden.
More and more companies look for learning-oriented employees, “lifelong learner” becomes an inceasingly common self-description.

But do we really all understand it the same way? And if not, then is one way better than others? Let’s talk about what, when and how to learn, but most importantly - what for.
